Daniel and Jane Sweeney sold their home at 7403 Sanderling Road to David and Olga Antoniuk, of Oakland, Calif., for $850,000. Built in 1951, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,551 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 1990.
