East Manatee Kids Wrestling Club hits mats

The East Manatee Kids Wrestling Club practices are now under way.

Practices for the club, which is open to all students in first through eighth grades, will be held from 5:45-7 p.m., every Tuesday and Thursday, in the wrestling room at Lakewood Ranch High School, 5500 Lakewood Ranch Blvd.

All wrestlers will need to bring wrestling shoes and have their USA card present at the first practice. Cards can be purchased at www.floridausawrestling.org. Those without a card or shoes will be unable to practice. A one-time $50 annual fee will also be collected.
