The following residential real estate transactions took place between Sept. 29 and Oct. 4.

A home in Greenbrook Village tops this week’s real estate transactions. Stephen and Claire Smith of Essex, U.K., sold their home at 14618 Sundial Place to Thomas and Heidi Pearce, Bradenton, for $549,900. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,934 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2008.

Scott and Stacy Kolbe, Bradenton, sold their home at 10128 Woodborne Place to Scott and Maria Corley, Bradenton, for $517,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 5,283 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Michael and Valerie Marcus, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 13934 Siena Loop to Richard Weidel Jr. and Theresa Ott, Lakewood Ranch, for $500,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,144 square feet of living area.

Albemarle
Mark Browning, beneficiary, Bradenton, sold the home at 6805 Chancery Place to David Browning, Bradenton, for $457,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,851 square feet of living area.

Moorings at Edgewater VI
Raymond and Carol Lamoureaux of North Adams, Mass., sold their unit 201 condominium at 6415 Moorings Point Circle to Gary and Irina Ross, Lakewood Ranch, for $430,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,963 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,500 in 2005.

Stephen Greene, trustee, Lakewood Ranch, sold the home at 5970 Country Club Way to Darian Taylor and Joan Wentworthe, Sarasota, for $360,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 1995.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Keith and Fernette Ramnath, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 22583 Morning Glory Circle to Roger and Christine Clyne, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,708 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2005.
