FVC, SRI announce joint venture

Florida Vacation Connection and Sun Resorts International announced a joint venture agreement to manage and market resort and condominium properties on Longboat Key.

SRI has divested itself from seasonal-rental property management to focus exclusively on the resort market as part of the agreement, while FVC will take over marketing and management responsibilities for select seasonal rental properties formerly under contract with SRI. FVC will continue to expand and manage its portfolio of individual homes and condominiums independent of the joint venture, which will operate under the SRI banner.
