Lady Mustangs improve to 4-0-1

The Lakewood Ranch High girls soccer team improved its record to 4-0-1 with victories over Palmetto and Sarasota Nov. 16-17.

On Nov. 16, the Lady Mustangs defeated the Lady Tigers 6-0. Center midfielder Aubrey Riggins led the way for Lakewood with three goals and two assists. Forward Sarah Miller and center midfielders Kaitlin Deglman and Chelsea Martin also notched goals for Lakewood while Jo Salmon added an assist.

On Nov. 17, Lakewood recorded its fourth shutout of the season with a 1-0 victory over the Lady Sailors. Salmon scored the lone goal for the Lady Mustangs off an assist by Kaitlyn Wolfe.
