River Club home tops weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Oct. 5-13.

A home in River Club South tops this week’s real estate transactions. Kirt and Diana Clemens of Raleigh, N.C., sold their home at 9424 Royal Calcutta Place to James and Moira Wilson, Bradenton, for $537,000. Built in 2002, it has five bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $740,000 in 2003.

Eaton Place
Gerald and Sheila O’Brien of North Oaks, Minn., sold their home at 7338 Eaton Court to James and Norma Larkin, University Park, for $485,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,862 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $750,000 in 2005.

Riverdale Revised
Geoffrey and Victoria McAfee sold their home at 4717 Mainsail Drive to Thomas and Carolyn Greco, Bradenton, for $360,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,605 square feet of living area.

Moorings at Edgewater 5
Charles and Wanda Geidner of Dayton, Ohio, sold their unit 102 condominium at 6419 Moorings Point Circle to Beverly Herbert, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $484,400 in 2005.

Arbor Lakes
Robert and Maria Edwards, Sarasota, sold their home at 6928 Stetson St. Circle to Paul Jakubowicz, Sarasota, for $260,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,743 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $425,000 in 2006.

River Park at Mote Ranch
Bank of New York, trustee, sold the home at 6140 Palomino Circle to Susanne Hampton, University Park, for $255,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $359,700 in May.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Thomas and Carol Greco, Bradenton, sold their home at 8205 Haven Harbour Way to Christopher and Jacqueline Crombie, Bradenton, for $243,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,514 square feet of living area. It sold for $445,000 in 2005.

Hampton Terrace at University Place
Deutsche Bank National Trust Co. sold the home at 7826 Drayton Circle to John and Lynne Sauickie, University Park, for $237,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,733 square feet of living area.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Juergen Vogel, trustee, of Wauconda, Ill., sold their home at 4920 Creekside Trail to Jeffrey Casey, Lakewood Ranch, for $217,500. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,702 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2000.
