A home in Bay Island tops all real-estate transactions from Oct. 22 to Oct. 29. William and Danna Middleton, of King George, Va., sold their home at 647 Norsota Way to Eric Baird, of Sarasota, for $2.25 million. Built in 1926, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.18 million in 2006.

Palm Bay Club of Sarasota

N&A Property Corp. sold the Unit 325 condominium at 5961 Midnight Pass Road to John Troli Jr., of Quebec, Canada, for $702,000. Built in 1974, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,659 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 1999.

Horizons West
Michael Beck, trustee, sold the Unit 503 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Faisal Bibi, of Stamford, Conn., for $630,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $23,400 in 1968.

Gregg and Shawn Richhart, of Woodburn, Ind., sold their Unit 206 condominium at 6140 Midnight Pass Road to Catherine Delagrange, of Woodburn, Ind., for $365,000. Built in 1967, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,296 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $584,400 in 2006.

Constance Zacker, of Sarasota, sold the home at 534 Canal Road to Siesta Key Rentals LLC for $598,900. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 1995.

SB407 LLC sold the Unit 407 condominium at 6480 Midnight Pass Road to David and Nancy Klasnick, of Pittsburgh, for $575,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,265 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $875,000 in 2004.

Melvin Chrostowski, trustee, sold the home at 618 Treasure Boat Way to Jerold and Jane Jeffries, of Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,794 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $27,000 in 1971.

Francis and Elvira Sisca and Joseph and Lee Longo sold their home at 6525 Sabal Drive to Nikki Koulizakis, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1958, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,848 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in 2003.
