Children and their parents participated in an extra special Tot Shabbat at Temple Emanu El this past Saturday, Nov. 27. The children who attended had the opportunity to create cards and wrap presents that were donated by their parents and Rabbi Brenner Glickman and his wife, Rabbi Elaine Glickman. The lovingly wrapped gifts and cards will be given to the Jewish Family & Children’s Service of Sarasota-Manatee, Inc. for them to give out to people of all faiths who may not be receiving any gifts this holiday season. The card making and gift-wrapping took place out on the playground and was followed by bagels, fruit and juice.
