Sarasota Ballet invites the public to check out its new downtown digs at 20 Lemon Avenue as part of Sarasota's "First Friday" art walks.

Catch two free performances at 7:30 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. choreographed by the company's principal dancer, Kate Walsh Honea. Walsh-Honea's coffee shop-inspired piece, "Percolator," is sure to get your endorphins pumping. Lucky for caffeine-addicted attendees, Pastry Art is located across the street.

Studio 20 at Pineapple Square, which opened last month to rave reviews, is now offering adult dance classes priced at $10 per class, $90 for a 10-week session or $170 for a 20-week session. For more information, call Sayward Grindley at 359-0099, ext. 120 or email [email protected].
