Lake Club home tops weekly transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 27 and Sept. 2.

A home in Lake Club tops this week’s real estate transactions. Jonathan Fetter of Cary, N.C., and Lance Hartshorn of Canfield, Ohio, sold their home at 16103 Clearlake Ave. to Michael Cebuhar, Bradenton, for $700,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three and one half baths, a pool and 3,993 square feet of living area.

Sheri and Lee Horger, Bradenton, sold their home at 1019 143rd St. N.E. to Ted and Jan Torres, Bradenton, for $442,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $435,000 in March.

River Forest
Thomas and Deborah Burnett sold their home at 5971 River Forest Circle to Jeremy and Heather Williams, Bradenton, for $410,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,095 square feet of living area.

GreyHawk Landing
Gary Husel and Ruth Husel, Sarasota, sold their home at 315 Blackbird Court to Scott and Leslee Malcom, Bradenton, for $408,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $580,000 in 2007.

Timothy and Karen Horn, Bradenton, sold their home at 232 Dove Trail to Judeh and Ranad Judeh, Bradenton, for $345,000. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, four baths and 3,869 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $404,900 in 2005.

Gary Kecskes, Bradenton, sold his home at 12203 Lobelia Terrace to Timothy and Karen Horn, Bradenton, for $398,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,489 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $569,900 in 2005.

Mill Creek
Kathleen Sweeney of West Springfield, Mass., sold her home at 1728 145th St. E. to Dominic Sorrentino, Bradenton, for $375,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,755 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2007.

The Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Kondaur Capital Corp. sold the home at 7607 Windward Cove to Nicholas and Nancy O’Connor, Lakewood Ranch, for $367,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,179 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $327,500 in May.

OWB REO LLC sold the home at 7458 Edenmore St. to John and Rita Kennedy, Bradenton, for $322,000. Built in 2006, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2007.

Summerfield Village
Gloria Vaughan and Noel Vaughan of Jefferson Township, Pa., sold their home at 11416 Pine Lilly Place to Paul and Evelyn Jackowski, Bradenton, for $252,500. Built in 1997, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2005.

Jerome Paskovitz and Janet Leon, trustees, Sarasota, sold the home at 6501 Berkshire Place to Alanna Stark, University Park, for $340,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $354,000 in 2003.

Heath and Staci Pennington of Tulsa, Okla., sold their home at 7010 274th St. E. to Anna Bergenstrahle, Myakka City, for $229,500. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,440 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,000 in 2003.
