Jeffrey Roberti, of Sarasota, sold his home at 8020 Sanderling Road to Bob and Ada Bailey, of Sarasota, for $4 million. Built in 1969, it has three bedrooms, four baths and 4,518 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.95 million in 2006.
