The following residential real-estate transactions took place between Sept. 22 and Sept. 27. A home in Siesta Revised tops all real-estate transactions this week. Michael and Larise Nicholson, Sarasota, sold their home at 3531 White Lane to Judith Johnson, trustee, for $1.65 million. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, two half-baths, a pool and 5,606 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $980,000 in 2005.

Herbert and Susanne Wutz sold their home at 572 Commonwealth Lane to Jonathan Sarvis and Melanie Sarvis, Tampa, for $750,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,902 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $329,000 in 1992.

William and Sharon Hays sold their home at 7615 Sanderling Road to Thomas and Nicole Kochis, Sarasota, for $740,000. Built in 1953, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,176 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 1999.

Kenneth Carter sold his Unit 303 condominium at 5760 Midnight Pass Road to Rukmini Ganeshappa, of San Antonio, for $709,000. Built in 1981, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 1999.

Fifth Third Bank sold two units in Siesta Sunrise to David and Gail Rubinfeld, Sarasota, for $530,000. The first is Unit 1 at 9185 Midnight Pass Road. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 810 square feet of living area. The second is Unit 2 at 9187 Midnight Pass Road. Built in 1978, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 810 square feet of living area. The two units previously sold for $1.55 million in 2005.

Sharon Smith, Sarasota, sold her Unit 2 condominium at 9052 Midnight Pass Road to Darryl and Sharon Roush, Lithia, for $350,000. Built in 1983, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $162,000 in 1997.

Kathleen Young, of Providence, R.I., sold her Unit 504 condominium at 8635 Midnight Pass Road to Frank and Marilyn Bendl, of New Hyde Park, N.Y., for $261,200. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,115 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $349,900 in 2002.

Austin and Nancy Forbord, of Alameda, Calif., sold their Unit 1523 condominium at 1064 N. Tamiami Trail to Elaine Spivack, of Mendham, N.J., for $242,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,475 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,300 in 2007.

McClellan Park
Cindy Brown, William Nelson, William Brown Jr., William Brown, Robert Brown, Kathryn Brown, Jennifer Brown-Melton and Brian Brown, Sarasota, sold their home at 1639 Seminole Drive to Nelson Roy and Marta Royo, trustees, of Great Falls, Va., for $235,000. Built in 1941, it has three bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 1,448 square feet of living area.

John and Patricia Cesare, Sarasota, sold their home at 5393 Cambiago St. to Donald Pirodsky, Sarasota, for $258,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,890 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2004.

Palisades at Palmer Ranch
John and Carol Baratta, of Pompton Plains, N.J., sold their Unit 12 condominium at 7192 Rue De Palisades to Francis and Deborah Sullivan, Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $260,000 in 2003.
