Lakewood Ranch home sells for $840K

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 19-26.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops this week’s real estate. John and Jennifer Leibold of East Dubuque, Ill., sold their home at 7119 Ashland Glen to Aleene Crognale, Bradenton, for $840,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,843 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,275,000 in 2005.

EAST COUNTY
Greenbrook Village
Thomas and Rebecca Egan, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6615 Coopers Hawk Court to Mark and Margaret Milbourn, Lakewood Ranch, for $540,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,987 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $584,700 in 2008.

Mark and Shelley Schoen of Waxhaw, N.C., sold their home at 6404 Royal Tern Circle to Eugene and Eileen Sweet, Bradenton, for $365,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,015 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2006.

Michael and Aimee Cohen sold their home at 14262 Sundial Place to Kevin and Rebecca Gurski, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,953 square feet of living area.

LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7435 Wexford Court to Richard and Donna Stimmel, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2009, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,912 square feet of living area.

Mark and Elaine Charyn sold their home at 6701 Pebble Beach Way to Richard and Karen Costello, Lakewood Ranch, for $260,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,786 square feet of living area.

Rosewood at the Gardens
Roy Bass and Brian McCarthy, Bradenton, sold their home at 5411 83rd Terrace E. to Cristi Radford, Sarasota, for $220,900. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,640 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $195,000 in 2003.

Brandon and Juliet Winn of Scottsdale, Ariz., sold their home at 12616 20th St. E. to James and Agean Kane, Parrish, for $210,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,891 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2007.
