+ Michael Saunders & Co. announces new website
Michael Saunders & Co. announced the launch of its new website, michaelsaunders.com. The website now features a property-search function with photos delivered directly from the Multiple Listing Service (MLS), market data for every city and ZIP code in Manatee, Sarasota and Charlotte counties and neighborhood pages that contain high-definition community video tours, local business reviews and a library of area photos.

“When we opened our first office 34 years ago, we did so with the commitment to deliver an outstanding real-estate experience to every customer who passed through our front door,” said company founder and CEO Michael Saunders in a prepared statement. “Times have definitely changed with today’s ‘front door’ often being the home page of our website. The new site renews our commitment to an exceptional experience no matter which portal a customer comes through.”

+ Ibasfalean earns distressed property certification
Debra Ibasfalean, an agent with Wagner Realty’s Longboat Key and West Manatee offices, recently competed training to become a Certified Distressed Property Expert. Ibasfalean also holds short sale-and-foreclosure and e-PRO designations.
