University Place home tops weekly transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 9-11.

A home in Magnolia Hammock at University Place tops this week’s real estate. David and Annette Hall, DeBary, sold their home at 7642 Heyward Circle to Paul and Kathleen Cuviello, University Park, for $367,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,530 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $462,700 in 2005.

Thomas and Barbara Coleman, Bradenton, sold their home at 319 Blackbird Court to Dennis and Rebecca Murphy, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,945 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2005.

Kenwood Park
Linda Brent, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 8134 Dukes Wood Court to David and Lori Simon, University Park, for $355,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,113 square feet of living area.

Mill Creek
Brandon and Christa Folkers, Bradenton, sold their home at 14111 18th Place E. to Joseph and Sandra Messmer, Bradenton, for $320,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2007.

Pomello Park
William Stanish Jr., Bradenton, sold his home at 22508 67th Ave. E. to Karen Williams and Daniel Tommaso, Bradenton, for $305,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,896 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 13806 Wood Duck Circle to Christopher and Deana Iacobelli, Bradenton, for $261,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,578 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $540,000 in 2006.

Savannah Preserve
Savannah Preserve Inc. sold the unit 7929 condominium at 7929 St. Simons St. to Lisa Reilly, University Park, for $258,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,512 square feet of living area.

Summerfield Village
David and Elda Olson sold their home at 11218 Pine Lilly Place to Brian and Linda Darley, Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,329 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,900 in 2006.

Braden Woods
Christopher and Denise Byrnes, Bradenton, sold their home at 9014 61st Ave. E. to Joseph and Chanda Bazo, Bradenton, for $245,000. Built in 1989, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,418 square feet of living area.
