Siesta Key home sells for $1.9 million

A home in Siesta Revised tops all real-estate transactions from Aug. 17-20. Raymond Williams Jr. and Jennifer Dartois, of Sarasota, sold their home at 3730 Bayou Louise Lane to J. Scott Bradley, of Castle Rock, Colo., for $1.9 million. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 3,009 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.1 million in 2000.

Ronald and Kelly Saba, of Sarasota, sold their home at 4220 Windemere Place to Thomas and Julie Trevor, of Sarasota, for $670,000. Built in 1972, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,042 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2006.

Royal St. Andrew
JOA Holding LLC sold the Unit 1101 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Beth Bloechl, of Sarasota, for $515,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,221 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $41,500 in 1969.

Bay Haven
Thomas Nunn and Kathleen Wagner, of Green Cove Springs, sold their home at 3004 Bayshore Circle to David and Sharon Kenworthy, of Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1955, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,604 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $247,500 in 2003.

Morgan Florida Properties LLC sold the Unit 127 condominium at 1900 Midnight Cove II Place to Richard and Christine Marano, of Canton, Mich., for $290,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one-and-a-half baths and 860 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $365,000 in 2007.

Siesta Beach
Drury University sold the home at 4904 Oxford Drive to Matthew Kihnke, of Sarasota, for $235,000. Built in 1956, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 1,106 square feet of living area.

Michael Carbone, of Orlando, sold his Unit 524 condominium at 5855 Midnight Pass Road to Blair Weigel, of Palmetto, for $200,000. Built in 1976, it has one bedroom, one bath and 751 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $305,000 in 2004.
