Empty retail center sells for $2.86 million

A commercial property of State Road 64 recently sold for about $2.86 million.

Sperry Van Ness, one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate brokerage firms, recently sold the retail center at 5904 S.R. 64 E. to Meadows Property Group, LLC of Bradenton.

Originally built in 1999, the 14,550-square-foot property sits vacant on 6.7 acres.
