Ronald Smith, of Rossett Wrexham, Wales, sold his home at 500 Gunwale Lane in Country Club Shores Unit III to Kevin and Mary Pozulp, of Homer Glen, Ill., for $825,000. Built in 1963, the 4,361-square-foot home has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a swimming pool. It sold for $755,000 in April 1998.

The transaction topped the 14 sales recorded at the Sarasota and Manatee county courthouses during the week of March 21 through March 25, on Longboat, Lido, St. Armands and Bird keys. Of the week’s sales, 10 occurred on Longboat Key, seven of which were in Manatee County, while two took place on St. Armands Key and one occurred on Bird Key.

Also in Country Club Shores, John and Norma Richmond sold their home at 540 Yardarm Lane in Unit IV to Keith and Penny Pozulp, of Western Springs, Ill., for $700,000. Built in 1968, the 2,003-square-foot home has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. It last sold for $217,500 in December 1987.

Castillian
Shelley Hull and Deborah Gaffin, trustees under the Last Will and Testament of Bernice Gaffin, sold Unit 512 at the 60-unit Castillian, 4545 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Stanley Gadiel and Ceinwen Schreiner, husband and wife, of Jenkintown, Pa., for $598,000. Built in 1979, the 1,738-square-foot unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $242,200 in February 1986.

McCall’s Beach Castle
Marcus Heinrich and Anita Sauers, husband and wife, of St. Charles, Ill., sold Unit 3 of McCall’s Beach Castle condominium, 5311 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Christopher and Heather Monroe, of Washington, Ill., for $450,000. Built in 1973, the 1,028-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $797,100 in May 2005.

Cedars West
Longulf Inc., an Ontario corporation with a Collingwood, Ontario, address, sold Unit 106 at the 56-unit Cedars West, 5655 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Upsandowns Investments LLC, a Florida limited-liability company with a St. Petersburg address, for $435,000. Built in 1975, the 1,274-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It last sold for $142,000 in December 1990.

Also at Cedars West, BankUnited, which has a business address in Miami Lakes, sold Unit 207C to Jay and Deborah Dittmer, of Ada, Mich., for $330,102. Built in 1975, the 1,274-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $715,000 in April 2005, and BankUnited took the certificate of title in October 2010.

Longboat Terrace
Peter Capano, of Boise, Idaho, and Andrea Lee, of Cluster, N.J., sold Unit 216 at the 36-unit Longboat Terrace, 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to David Lenefsky, of New York City, for $420,000. Built in 1979, the 1,300-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $190,000 in May 1985.

Longboat Key Yacht & Tennis Club Mark II
DSS Investment LLC, a Florida limited-liability company, c/o Dr. Stephen Rosenblum, of Ann Arbor, Mich., sold Unit 202 at Longboat Key Yacht & Tennis Club Mark II, 4215 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Jeffrey and Christine Vorel, of Sycamore, Ill., for $392,000. Built in 1974, the 1,284-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $125,000 in November 1986.

Cedars East
Robert and Mary Beth Cutts sold Unit 8 at Cedars East at 802 Evergreen Way to Joseph Mooney III, of Clayton, Mo., for $265,000. Built in 1991, the 1,440-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It last sold for $247,500 in September 2002.

Windward Bay
Richard and Gaye Hasslinger, of Boca Raton, sold Unit 12-VR-22-C at the 151-unit Windward Bay, 4870 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to Minna Zaret, of Great Barrington, Mass., for $190,000. Built in 1974, the 973-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for $85,000 in June 1996.

The Colony Beach & Tennis Resort
Lenore Fuhrer, of Roslyn Heights, N.Y., sold her Unit 118-S at the Colony Beach & Tennis Resort, 1620 Gulf of Mexico Drive, to 1620 Properties LLC, a Delaware limited-liability company with a Buffalo, N.Y., address, for $45,000. The 705-square-foot unit was built in 1973. It last sold for $122,000 in March 2001.

Bird Key
Floorit Holdings Inc., an Ontario corporation with an Oakville, Ontario, address, sold the home at 600 Wild Turkey Lane to Frank and Joan Radocchio, of Stratford, Conn., for $750,000. Built in 1971, the 2,044-square-foot home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a swimming pool. It last sold for $850,000 in July 2008.

St. Armands Key
Regions Bank D/B/A Regions Mortgage, an Alabama banking corporation with a Hattiesburg, Miss., address, sold the home at 250 S. Blvd. of the Presidents in the St. Armands division of the John Ringling Estates, to Mario and Joan Arcari, of Johnsburg, Ill., for $531,050. Built in 1961, the 1,597-square-foot home has three bedrooms and two-and-a-half bathrooms. It sold for $1 million in September 2006. Regions Bank took the certificate of title in January 2011.

Bruce Weiner, of Pittsburgh, sold Unit 3 in Arlington House of Sarasota Harbour Apartments, 761 John Ringling Blvd., to Gloria Watkins, of Berea, Ky., for $210,000. Built in 1963, the 816-square-foot unit has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. It sold for the identical amount of $210,000 in January 2011.
