Lake Club home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between March 21-25.

A home in Lake Club tops all the transactions in this week’s real estate. Malachi 3:10-12 LLC sold the home at 8391 Catamaran Circle to Robert and Maureen Cozzi, Bradenton, for $900,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,281 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
James Danko and Audra Danko, trustees, Bradenton, sold the home at 13404 Montclair Place to Robert Potvin and Lesley Cafferata, Lakewood Ranch, for $585,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $936,000 in 2006.

Jozsef Meszaros, Sarasota, sold his home at 7804 Heritage Classic Court to Lawrence and Paula Reich of Copake, N.Y., for $277,500. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,822 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $207,000 in 2010.

Marlon Gilbert and Franklin Gilbert Jr., trustees, Denver, sold the home at 7751 US Open Loop to Congregation Shevet Hachim Inc. for $273,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,290 square feet of living area.

River Place
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 6922 73rd Court E. to Thomas Kenny, Bradenton, for $368,400. Built in 2010, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,224 square feet of living area.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
George Walton, St. Petersburg, sold his home at 7608 Camden Harbour Drive to Gregory and Jennifer Joseph, Bradenton, for $362,500. Built in 2005, it has five bedrooms, three baths and 3,858 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $662,500 in 2005.

Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 9203 Winter Harbour Way to Andrew Blundon and Joseph Blundon of Newfoundland, Canada, for $255,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,416 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,900 in 2007.

Todd Johnson, St. Petersburg, sold his home at 8985 Stone Harbour Loop to Harish Gowda and Vineela Samala, Bradenton, for $228,500. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $439,900 in 2007.

Wells Fargo Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 326 Golden Harbour Trail to Roger and Alexandra Garnes, Bradenton, for $214,800. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths and 2,909 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,900 in 2006.

Abby and Henry Hofeler, trustees, of Mason, Ohio, sold the home at 6639 Pirate Perch Trail to Gary and Christine Peak, Lakewood Ranch, for $342,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $476,800 in 2005.

The Private Bank and Trust Company, trustee, sold the home at 6304 Royal Tern Circle to Thomas and Shelly Schappacher, Bradenton, for $245,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,244 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $342,500 in 2007.

Edgewater Village
David and Yukiko Brown, University Park, sold their home at 8427 Sailing Loop to Daniel Zheng, Ting-fang Zheng and Su-hua Men, Bradenton, for $325,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $340,000 in 2008.

Richard and Cheryl Bolduc of Windham, Maine, sold their home at 6606 Virginia Crossing to James and Gail Crosier of Hinsdale, Mass., for $317,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,762 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $410,000 in 2005.

Daniel Werner, Randall Werner and Robert Werner of Scottsdale, Ariz., sold their home at 5466 Golf Pointe Drive to Linda Newnham and Gary Hollo of Ontario, Canada, for $305,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,431 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $295,000 in 1993.

Golf Adventure LLC sold the unit 603 condominium at 8012 Grand Estuary Trail to Elsa Consulting LLC for $295,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,428 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,000 in 2008.

PNC Bank sold the home at 414 169th Court N.E. to Heidi Howell, Bradenton, for $285,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,061 square feet of living area.

Bay Living Inc. sold the home at 6145 46th Lane E. to Steven and Deann Cooper, Bradenton, for $269,900. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,980 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,400 in 2004.
