Summer Cove condo sells for $1.1 million

A condominium in Summer Cove on Siesta tops all real-estate transactions from March 9 to March 11. John and Mary Cassidy sold their Unit 404-C condominium at 1660 Summerhouse Lane to Joseph and Regina Culloo, of Lone Tree, Colo., for $1.13 million. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,490 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2009.

Madge Taylor and Virginia Taylor Scott, trustees, and James Taylor, of Manchaca, Texas, sold the home at 1902 Hyde Park St. to Charles and Lucy Painter, of Sarasota, for $495,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,660 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $675,000 in 2005.

Robert Farry and Pamela Lyon, of San Francisco, sold their home at 5107 St. Albans Ave. to Adrian Rose, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,728 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1993.

Mark and Karen Dickson, of Osprey, sold their home at 8551 Woodbriar Drive to Stanley and Mahalie Fulton, of Sarasota, for $660,000. Built in 1993, it has six bedrooms, six baths, a pool and 5,456 square feet of living area.

Isles of Sarasota
Stephen Lee and Belinda Mei Yuk Mak, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5948 Mariposa Lane to Alan and Elizabeth Grindal, of Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths and 2,521 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2008.

The Hamptons
Daniel Lynch sold his home at 5080 Flagstone Drive to Richmond and Melissa Havard, of Sarasota, for $320,000. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,182 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2009.

Beneva Oaks II
U.S. Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 6483 Woodbirch Place to David Magestro, of Sarasota, for $216,200. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $266,700 in 2002.

Towns End Shores
Fred and Flora Tow, of Boca Raton, sold their home at 153 Shoreland Drive to Scott and Melissa Stevens, of Osprey, for $850,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,258 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.45 million in 2002.

Sorrento Shores
Jerry and Dana Krutil, of Lincoln, Mo., sold their home at 380 Cezanne Drive to Danielle Nutten, of Osprey, for $315,000. Built in 1973, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,020 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $710,000 in 2005.
