JGM Ventures LLC sold the home at 10808 Riverbank Terrace to Brian McManus and Ray McManus of Quebec, Canada, for $1,500,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, four baths and two half-baths, a pool and 5,992 square feet of living area.

Andrew and Agata Bigelow, Bradenton, sold their home at 7314 Mayfair Court to Richard and Diane Mason, University Park, for $1,099,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,688 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,000,000 in 2008.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Merrill Lynch Credit Corp. sold the home at 6939 Westchester Circle to William Crick III, Sarasota, for $950,000. Built in 2002, it has six bedrooms, seven-and-one-half baths and 7,087 square feet of living area.

Lasasso Family Partners 1 LP sold the home at 12603 Deacons Place to Michael Williamson, Bradenton, for $850,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,955 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,660,000 in 2005.

Kevin and Donna Brundage, Bradenton, sold their home at 7423 Greystone St. to Stuart and Wendy Kaupp of Nova Scotia, Canada, for $710,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,079 square feet of living area.

Larry Holland of Richmond, Va., sold his home at 7045 Kingsmill Court to Jerry and Donna Smith, St. Louis, for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,908 square feet of living area.

Robert and Billie Delaney, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7613 Desert Inn Way to Michelle and Samuel Busby, Lakewood Ranch, for $420,000. Built in 2001, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,903 square feet of living area.

F. Thomas and Elizabeth Stanfield, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7746 US Open Loop to Donald and Gwendollyn Barshay, Parrish, for $325,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,152 square feet of living area.

Karen Kasten of Cook, Ill., sold her home at 7931 Warwick Gardens Lane to James and Donna Miller for $695,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $745,800 in 2003.

Margaret Botham of Middleton, Wis., sold her home at 10209 Discovery Terrace to James and Shirley McGee for $670,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,349 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,700 in 2008.

Colleen Anderson of Sioux Rapids, Iowa, sold her home at 705 Foggy Morn Lane to Barbara Mannino, trustees, of Rockford, Ill., for $275,000. Built in 2001, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,114 square feet
of living area. It previously sold for $292,100 in 2001.

Chester and Cynthia Ogorzalek of Westfield, Mass., sold their home at 9814 Discovery Terrace to James and Geraldine Schlueter of Roanoke, Va., for $225,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,887 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $253,000 in 2001.
