A home on Casey Key tops all real-estate transactions from March 28 to April 1. Henry and Teri Hiter, of Sarasota, sold their home at 2880 Casey Key Road to John and Barbara Sylvester, of Nokomis, for $1.7 million. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,150 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $3.5 million in 2006.

CB Florida RRE Holdings LLC sold the home at 3333 Higel Ave. to Gary and Gina Yee, of Sarasota, for $1.3 million. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,974 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $800,000 in 2004.

Siesta Beach
Ronald and Shelley Wheeler, of Sarasota, sold their home at 602 Tremont St. to Joachim and Heidi Schanz, of Sarasota, for $721,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,569 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2001.

Midnight Cove
Timothy Oliver, trustee, sold the Unit 417 condominium at 6342 Midnight Pass Road to Greggory Kite and Teena Kite, trustees, for $650,000. Built in 1977, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,441 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $175,000 in 1985.

J. Morgan and Alison O’Donoghue, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5147 Oxford Drive to On Key Time LLC for $500,000. Built in 1987, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $585,000 in 2001.

John and Susan Eaton, of Brookfield, Wis., sold their Unit 402 condominium at 1240 Dolphin Bay Way to William and Regina Shuttleworth, of Sarasota, for $490,000. Built in 1998, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 1998.

US Bank NA, trustee, sold the Unit 202 condominium at 5916 Midnight Pass Road to Liberty Property Group LLC for $403,300. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,240 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $48,700 in 1972.

David Rodgers, trustee, and Dima Tabrawi sold the home at 96 Island Circle to Marilyn Miller and Pamela Miller-Zier, trustees, for $371,000. Built in 1959, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,495 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2003.
