Lakewood Ranch C.C. home sells for $999,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 4-8.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. June Rampinelli, trustee, Ft. Myers, sold the home at 7041 Portmarnock Place to George and Marilyn Scherff, Bradenton, for $999,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,271 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.35 million in 2004.

Henley
Ivan and Stella Shaw of Worcestershire, United Kingdom, sold their home at 6909 Cumberland Terrace to John Waskom, trustee, Sarasota, for $700,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,349 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Doris Cooley, Bradenton, sold her home at 7007 Pine Valley St. to Gary and Jean Ross of West Friendship, Md., for $605,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths and two half-baths, a pool and 4,599 square feet of living area.

Edgewater Village
Christopher and Julie Kean, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 8119 Waterview Blvd. to John and Hallie Vitolo, Lakewood Ranch, for $582,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,804 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $380,000 in 2008.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
CNLBank sold the home at 7041 Brier Creek Court to Gregory and Anna Pepin, Bradenton, for $538,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,589 square feet of living area.

Pamela Anderson, trustee, of Lake Forest, Ill., sold the home at 7815 Rosehall Cove to Hans and Lynne Peterson, Lakewood Ranch, for $500,000.

Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,485 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $730,000 in 2007.

Matthew and Sandy Branda sold their home at 7645 Portstewart Drive to Steven and Susan Schwartz, Lakewood Ranch, for $449,000. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,674 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $639,000 in 2008.

C.V. Fenton, Bradenton, sold his home at 7236 Orchid Island Place to Richard and Victoria Herman of Toledo, Ohio, for $360,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $474,900 in 2004.

Donald Loff sold his home at 7224 Presidio Glen to Martin and Cheryl Stevenson, Lakewood Ranch, for $354,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,161 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $440,000 in 2008.

Martin and Cheryl Stevenson sold their home at 7754 US Open Loop to Ray and Londa Stuckey, Lakewood Ranch, for $340,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,123 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $314,500 in 2009.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Lawrence and Gayl Ferraro, Bradenton, sold their home at 22704 Night Heron Way to John and Ivy Boehm, Bradenton, for $525,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,358 square feet of living area.

Kenwood Park
Karen Valentino sold her home at 8183 Abingdon Court to Ronald Cirillo and Kay Cirillo, trustees, of New Canaan, Conn., for $480,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,553 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $650,000 in 2004.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Neal Communities of Southwest Florida LLC sold the home at 7824 Valderrama Way to Nigel Baker and Amanda Garrett for $359,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,202 square feet of living area.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Schuyler and Patricia Smith of Mitton, Vt., sold their home at 9811 Discovery Terrace to John Sauermilch Jr., Bradenton, for $350,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,589 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $430,000 in 2001.

Greenbrook Village
Christine Hill and Roger Poynton, Bradenton, sold their home at 14409 Silver Trout Drive to Kevin and Lyndsey Nalu, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,397 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2010.

Raymond and Sheila Webster, Bradenton, sold their home at 6538 Field Sparrow Glen to Timothy and Terese Tuohey of White Lake, Mich., for $243,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,056 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $264,600 in 2004.

Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 8317 River Preserve Drive to Dennis Healy Jr., Bradenton, for $327,000. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,402 square feet of living area.

John and Sharon Flanagan, trustees, of Vienna, Va., sold the home at 7338 Kensington Court to Michael Sandock and Denise McCooey, University Park, for $310,000. Built in 1999, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,215 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2009.

Principal Investments LLC sold the home at 7226 Kensington Court to Jack and Donna Selinsky, Grosse Ile, Mich., for $300,000. Built in 1996, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,661 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $378,000 in 2005.

Robert Forschner, Osprey, sold his unit 102 condominium at 6427 Moorings Point Circle to Margaret Sachs of Dobbs Ferry, N.Y., for $300,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 1,983 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $496,900 in 2005.
