Lakewood Ranch home sells for $1.625 million

The following residential real estate transactions took place between April 11-15.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Robert and Constance Fox of Arden, N.C., sold their home at 13203 Palmers Creek Terrace to W. Bradford Scott and Michell Scott, trustees, Lakewood Ranch, for $1,625,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, three half-baths, a pool and 6,865 square feet of living area.

Riverdale
Carmelo and Cynthia Falcone of Morganville, N.J., sold their home at 4015 Hawk Island Drive to Samuel and Lisa Molinaro of New Cannan, Conn., for $1,350,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,623 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,420,000 in 2008.

Upper Manatee River
Leo Kay II sold his home at 15051 Upper Manatee River Road to Roxanne Morgan, Bradenton, for $1,220,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,779 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,200,000 in 2000.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Donald and Catherine Phillips of Dayton, Ohio, sold their home at 13306 Palmers Creek Terrace to James and Mary Heagle, Bradenton, for $975,000. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,395 square feet of living area.

Neal Communities of Southwest Florida LLC sold the home at 12705 Stone Ridge Place to Matthew and Brooke Baker, Lakewood Ranch, for $442,500. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,539 square feet of living area.

Regents Park
April Jordan, trustee, of Dayton, Ohio, sold the home at 8214 Regents Court to Mary Bennett, University Park, for $595,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,151 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $541,000 in 2002.

Pomello Park
Gary Neve and Donald McCaskill of Wichita Falls, Texas, sold their home at 27400 Gopher Hill Road to Palm Tree Ventures LLC for $406,200. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,856 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $510,000 in 2011.

Mill Creek
Steven and Rise Mosher, Bradenton, sold their home at 2006 154th St. E. to Angela Boccabella, Bradenton, for $330,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,645 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $290,000 in 2010.

Edgewater Village
Bank of America, NA sold the home at 6661 Windjammer Place to Upscale Properties LLC for $280,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2004.

Helen Almcrant, trustee, of Watervilet, Mich., sold the home at 8316 Idlewood Court to R. Jack and Sue Wingo, Lakewood Ranch, for $250,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,122 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $278,000 in 2002.

Country Meadows
William and Anna Lange, Ormond Beach, sold their home at 422 147th Court N.E. to Christopher Gustafson of Eureka, Ill., for $265,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,366 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2008.

Braden River Lakes
Charles and Janet Edwards, Bradenton, sold their home at 4006 14th Ave. E. to Dora McCain, Bradenton, for $225,000. Built in 1992, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,564 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,000 in 2002.

Old Grove at Greenfield Plantation
Jeffrey and Kathleen Lee, Bradenton, sold their home at 436 Country Lane to Gary Calvert and Cheryl Bergin of Ontario, Canada, for $200,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,868 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $182,500 in 2001.
