Riverdale home sells for $1.45M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between July 18 and July 22.

A home in Riverdale tops all transaction in this week’s real estate. M. Pete McNabb sold the home at 3807 Hawk Island Drive to Michael Norris, of West Bloomfield, Mich., for $1.45 million. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,234 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.82 million in 2003.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Joseph Rich, Bradenton, sold his home at 7906 Royal Birkdale Circle to Toni and Lisa Dugal, Lakewood Ranch, for $674,500. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,177 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2009.

Edith How, of Birmingham, England, sold her home at 7047 Vilamoura Place to Harold and Susan Halpern, of East Amherst, N.Y., for $550,000. Built in 2004, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,941 square feet of living area.

David Denicoff and Diane Denicoff, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7064 Whitemarsh Circle to Melvyn and Jane Summersbee, Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,517 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $475,000 in 2004.
Robert and Opal Blattert, of Newton, Iowa, sold their home at 7103 Orchid Island Place to Kenneth and Kathleen Friedricks, of Floral Park, N.Y., for $380,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,230 square feet of living area.
