8:30 p.m. — 1300 block of Tangier Way. Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card. A man told police he received an e-mail thanking him for his subscription to a porn website and confirming his credit card was billed $119. The man said someone must have used his card without permission. Uh huh, right.
