River Club home sells for $630,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 8 and 12.

A home in River Club South tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Darris and Margaret Nichols, Bradenton, sold their home at 10509 Firestone Drive to Robert and Theodora Dorf of Raleigh, N.C., for $630,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one half baths, a pool and 3,811 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $799,900 in 2002.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
Robert and Lisa LaPort, University Park, sold their home at 22523 Morning Glory Circle to Robert and Linda Wallace, Bradenton, for $580,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,806 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $194,000 in 2005.

Adam Chevalier and Kimberly Chevalier, Bradenton, sold their home at 8010 Snowy Egret Place to John and Deidree Curci, of Medina, Ohio, for $235,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,110 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $255,900 in 2002.

Alexander Lodi, Bradenton, sold his home at 4738 Pinnacle Drive to Dennis and Winona Bockrath, Bradenton, for $493,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one half baths, a pool and 3,296 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $102,000 in 2000.

Edgewater Village
Timothy and Anna Sullivan, trustees, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., sold the home at 6708 Spring Moss Place to Gerald Davies, Bradenton, for $253,500. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,850 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $217,600 in 1999.
