Royal St. Andrew condo sells for $775,000

Robert Rutter sold his Unit 1603 condominium at 555 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Powell and Sarah Robinson, Sarasota, for $775,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,929 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $700,000 in 2002.

The condo sale was the top Sarasota County real-estate transaction recorded Aug. 8 to Aug. 12, at the Sarasota County Courthouse. Of this week’s 18 sales, nine took place in Sarasota; three were in Palmer Ranch; five were recorded in Osprey; and one was in Nokomis.

SARASOTA
Kenilworth Estates
Classic Homes by Clayton Inc. sold the home at 1714 Kenilworth St. to Paul Retfalvi and Orsolya Bathory, Sarasota, for $550,000. Built in 2010, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,615 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 2010.

Avondale
Sally Comegys, Sarasota, sold her home at 1903 Irving St. to Lorne and Cleon Dixon, Sarasota, for $510,000. Built in 1925, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,132 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $192,500 in 1995.

Condominium on the Bay
Kurt and Lisbeth Ruhmann sold their Unit 301 condominium at 888 Blvd. of the Arts to Lawrence Ison and Marie-Agnes Sourieau, of Fairfield, Conn., for $510,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $233,600 in 1988.

Lake Park
Michael and Terri Klein, Indianapolis, sold their home at 1705 Spring Creek Drive to Allen and Loreen Steinfeld, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1967, it has four bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,135 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $790,000 in 2005.

Regency House
Gordon and Lois Schulman sold their Unit 402 condominium at 435 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Brenda Terris, Sarasota, for $330,000. Built in 1972, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,304 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $126,000 in 1995.

Harbor Acres
Scott and Romy West sold their home at 1722 S. Orange Ave. to Jevon and Donna Holland, Sarasota, for $327,000. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,780 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $375,000 in 2003.

Alinari
Tomas Rodriguez and Myrdalis Diaz-Ramirez sold their Unit 1509 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to Patrick and Kelly Frank, of Missoula, Mont., for $291,000. Built in 2007, it has one bedroom, one-and-a-half baths and 1,212 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $590,000 in 2007.

Florence
Adelia Kendrick, Bradenton, sold the home at 5809 Wildwood Ave. to MGLV Properties LLC for $200,000. Built in 1955, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,237 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $83,500 in 1990.

Claudio and Bernadette Carchedi sold their home at 8638 Woodbriar Drive to Robert and Erin Wagner, Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1992, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,272 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 2001.

Country Club of Sarasota
Alan and Priscilla Sloan sold their home at 3746 Torrey Pines Blvd. to Mihaly and Anna Grell, Sarasota, for $460,000. Built in 1980, it has four bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,302 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $412,000 in 2003.

Villagewalk
Joan Fletcher, of Washington, D.C., sold her home at 5688 Ferrara Drive to Karen Olson, Sarasota, for $335,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $264,300 in 2002.

Eric and Lisa McGrew, Osprey, sold their home at 219 Keel Way to Thomas and Carol Charbonneau, Osprey, for $390,000. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,735 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $263,000 in 1999.

Ken and Phyllis Floyd, Venice, sold their home at 1495 Landview Lane to Landis Rentals Ltd. for $260,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,474 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,500 in 2007.

The Woodlands at Rivendell
Thomas Faessler and Susan Wood, Nokomis, sold their home at 930 Scherer Way to Robert and Sharon Leschingski, Osprey, for $361,700. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $542,000 in 2006.

Bay Pointe Vista II
Terry Denton and Wendy Denton, trustees, of Huntley, Ill., sold the Unit 501 condominium at 232 Hidden Bay Drive to James and Marcia Malmfeldt, of Devens, Maine, for $334,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,000 square feet of living area.

Bay Oaks Estates
Arthur and Joan Foeste sold their home at 619 Oak River Court to Marcus and Nikosha Orchard, Osprey, for $258,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,047 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2006.

NOKOMIS
Falcon Trace at Calusa Lakes
Howard and Lucile Smith, Nokomis, sold their home at 2283 Harrier Way to Thomas Faessler and Susan Wood, Nokomis, for $250,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,870 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $51,000 in 1998.
