+ Re/Max Alliance Group launches its monthly report of local real-estate market
Re/Max Alliance Group has launched Real Estate Outlook, a monthly analysis of the local real-estate market, based on data from the Mid-Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).

The report gives a snapshot of Sarasota and Manatee countywide real-estate activity, along with reports on individual areas such as Anna Maria Island, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Sarasota, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Venice and Englewood.

“We hope this report will help educate readers about the condition of the housing market so that they can make informed decisions when buying or selling a home,” said Peter Crowley, president of RE/MAX Alliance Group, in a prepared statement.
