Riverdale home tops weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Aug. 15 and Aug. 19.

A home in Riverdale Revised tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Gary Bunch, Palmetto, sold his home at 555 Fore Drive to Charles and Wendy Miller, Bradenton, for $560,000. Built in 2006, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,109 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $302,000 in 2005.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Fifth Third Mortgage Co. sold the home at 7531 Abbey Glen to Scott Moore, Bradenton, for $551,800. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,010 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,100 in June.

James and Mary Schier, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 7737 U.S. Open Loop to Mark and Amy Burling, Lakewood Ranch, for $337,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,131 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $302,000 in 2002.

Kathy Langdon, trustee, sold the home at 7410 Lake Forest Glen to Randall and Dawn Burcham, Nokomis, for $325,000. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,063 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $394,500 in 2009.

Marci McFarland, Sarasota, sold her home at 7928 Suntree Glen to Joan Gastman, Bradenton, for $310,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,224 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $500,000 in 2007.

River Club South
Michela Hawkins, of Ellijay, Ga., sold the home at 10150 Glenmore Ave. to Axel and Helene Zimmerman, Lakewood Ranch, for $319,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,121 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $280,000 in 2010.

Waterline Road
Judith Christianson and Patricia Griffin, of Summerton, S.C., sold their home at 15855 Waterline Road to Mark Burnett, trustee, Bradenton, for $398,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,555 square feet of living area. The property previously sold for $57,400 in 1997.

Country Meadows
Craig and Lori Foley, of Shelton, Conn., sold their home at 307 Country Meadows Way to David and Amber Diez, Bradenton, for $385,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,055 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $481,600 in 2006.
