Plaza at Five Points Residences home sells for $1.4 million

Joy Server, Sarasota, sold her Unit 17PHD condominium at Plaza at Five Points Residences, 50 Central Ave., to Waterside Properties LLC for $1.4 million. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 4,095 square feet of living area.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions were recorded Nov. 14 to Nov. 18 at the Sarasota County Courthouse.

Of this week’s 19 sales, eight took place in Sarasota, three were in Palmer Ranch, five were in Osprey, and three were in Nokomis.

SARASOTA
Sapphire Shores
Jon Culbertson and Barbara Culbertson, of San Anselmo, Calif., sold their home at 587 47th St. to Elizabeth Bergmann, trustee, Sarasota, for $830,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 2,939 square feet of living area.

Essex House
Frank Cundari and Margaret Cannon, Sarasota, sold their Unit 908 condominium at 707 S. Gulfstream Ave. to Retirement Income Administration LLC for $300,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $61,000 in 1975.

Midwood Manor
Margaret Burke sold her home at 1738 Floyd St. to Brett Branning and Sean Martin, Sarasota, for $255,000. Built in 1951, it has two bedrooms, one bath, a pool and 1,278 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2003.

Gulf Gate
J. Patrick Brester, Sarasota, sold his home at 2545 Bispham Road to Adelheid 27 LLC for $230,000. Built in 1965, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,164 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2006.

The Landings South VI
H. Kenneth Myhre and Margaret Ozanne-Pariseau Myhre sold their Unit 202 condominium at 1724 Starling Drive to Kevin O’Connor, Sarasota, for $212,000. Built in 1988, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 2010.

Gulf Gate East
Linda Welles, trustee, of Canton, Conn., sold the home at 6551 Waterford Circle to David and Linda Blinkinsop, of St. Charles, Mo., for $210,000. Built in 1981, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,725 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $135,000 in 1987.

Indian Beach
Linda Blitz, of Afton, N.Y., sold her home at 701 42nd St. to Amanda Mason, trustee, Sarasota, for $205,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,348 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 2000.

PALMER RANCH
The Woodlands at Rivendell
John and Jacqueline Critser, of Montgomery, Ala., sold their home at 630 Rivendell Blvd. to Joseph and Katherine Polino, Osprey, for $362,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $329,600 in 2004.

Villagewalk
Alvaro and Sharyn Quiros, Sarasota, sold their home at 5645 Lucia Place to Robert Goodman, trustee, of Omaha, Neb., for $345,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,008 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $297,900 in 2003.

Mara Villa II
Ronald and Mary Henderson, Osprey, sold their Unit 12 condominium at 7377 Regina Royale Blvd. to John Nissen and Joyce Smith, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1995, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,106 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $335,000 in 2004.

Oaks I
Susan Kilsby sold her home at 119 Osprey Point Drive to Edgar and Kay Greve, Osprey, for $1.01 million. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, a pool and 5,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.78 million in 2006.

Oaks II
David and Cathryn Black, Sarasota, sold their home at 862 Macewen Drive to James Landis, trustee, of Orland Park, Ill., for $837,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,200 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2007.

Villa D’Este
Peter and Claudia Schaefer, Osprey, sold their home at 7248 Villa D’Este Drive to Mark and Linda Welch, of Leawood, Kan., for $345,000. Built in 1988, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,208 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2009.

Sorrento Shores
Sophia Maznik, of Carmichael, Calif., sold her home at 214 Van Gogh Drive to Lacy Florentino, of Suffield, Conn., for $299,000. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,764 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2010.

Coral Cove
Wells Fargo Bank NA sold the home at 7313 Starfish Drive to Mark and Robin Hammer, Sarasota, for $216,500. Built in 1971, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,964 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $466,300 in June.

NOKOMIS
Blackburn Shores
Norman and Sandra Padula, Nokomis, sold their home at 406 Waterside Lane to Edward and Abigail Steinmetz, of Baton Rouge, La., for $354,500. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,220 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2005.

Sorrento Woods
Gladys Suesek, trustee, and John Susek Jr., Venice, sold the home at 1228 Vermeer Drive to Steven and Kathleen Wirt, Nokomis, for $285,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,368 square feet of living area.

Mission Valley Estates
Robert and Shawn Phillips, of Mount Pleasant, S.C., sold their home at 2020 Mission Valley Blvd. to Michael Weed, Nokomis, for $240,000. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,103 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $243,000 in 2010.
