Local developers celebrate 2011 record high home sales

Local developer Neal Communities celebrated its best month of new home sales for 2011 in November.
Neal closed out the month with 48 signed contracts, with its newest community, Woodbrook, leading with 18 contracts signed for the month.

Neal has 365 contracts signed so far this year, putting 2011 on track as a record-setting year for the company.

“We are no longer at the bottom of the real estate market. We are decidedly on the trend up,” Neal Communities’ President Pat Neal said. “Today’s buyers are savvy. They see the value in buying new and recognize that prices are rising while interest rates are low, making this a critical juncture.”
