Waterlefe home tops this week's sales at $530,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 21 and Nov. 25.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Van Lilly, St. Augustine, sold the home at 10412 Winding Stream Way to Guenter and Heidi Klark, Bradenton, for $530,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,879 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $645,000 in 2004.

St. John’s Wood
Jose and Escolastica Correia, University Park, sold their home at 7203 St. John’s Way to Elizabeth Hisey, University Park, for $485,000. Built in 1998, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,763 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $325,000 in 2009.

Broadmoor Pines
James and Lisa Gallagher sold their home at 7908 Broadmoor Pines Blvd. to Walter Carbonneau, Denise Kovic and Ruth Ratliff, of Lockport, Ill., for $475,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $605,000 in 2004.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Stuart and Erica Knight, of Hampshire, U.K., sold their home at 8204 Championship Court to Agustin and Nora Ferreiro, Bradenton, for $415,000. Built in 2001, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,422 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $640,000 in 2004.

Heritage Harbour
Lennar Homes LLC sold the home at 7423 Heritage Grand Place to Randall and Donna Novak, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for $400,000. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,692 square feet of living area.

Wentworth
Harry Rogers sold this home at 7330 Windemere Lane to Scott and Candace Rosenthal, University Park, for $325,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,094 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2002.

River Club South
Brian and Barbara Caine, Bradenton, sold their home at 7314 Dunes Court to Malcolm and Carolyn Caponiti, Bradenton, for $297,000. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,023 square feet of living area.

Peridia Golf and Country Club
Chester and Shirley Ambrose, Bradenton, sold their home at 4367 Presidential Ave. Circle E. to Roger Slaalein, Bradenton, for $255,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,372 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $300,000 in 2007.

Waterlefe Golf and River Club
Carl and Karen Lombardo, of Greenwood Village, Colo., sold their home at 9620 Portside Terrace to Christian Rausch, of Berlin, Germany, for $249,000. Built in 2002, it has two bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,540 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2006.

Stoneybrook at Heritage Harbour
Joanne Fearer, of Plymouth, Minn., sold her home at 7563 Camden Harbour Drive to Larry and Dee Lovell, Bradenton, for $243,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,193 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $350,000 in 2003.

GreyHawk Landing
Devalla LLC sold the home at 12419 Aster Ave. to Cihan and Gunay Cobanoglu, Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,632 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $189,000 in June.

Waterline Road
George Cartwright, W. Palm Beach, sold his home at 15409 Waterline Road to Timothy and Rebecca Durham, Bradenton, for $240,000. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,419 square feet of living area.

Tara
Judith and David Fleming, Sarasota, sold their home at 6492 Rookery Circle to John Morrow, Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,185 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $388,100.

Whitebridge Court
Oralia Winston, University Park, sold her home at 7625 Whitebridge Glen to R. Todd and Kimberly Emmerson, of Ontario, Canada, for $200,000. Built in 1993, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,344 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $205,000 in 2004.
