Bay Island Shores home sells for $800,000

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 21 and Nov. 25.

A home in Bay Island Shores tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Night Hawk Properties LLC sold the home at 775 Freeling Drive to James and Anne Westman, Sarasota, for $800,000. Built in 1960, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,793 square feet of living area.

Crescent Royale
Blaise and Kathleen Castellano, Michael and Pamela Mosolino, Ronald and Linda Defina and Dannie and Victoria Rutkowski, Englewood, sold their Unit 500 condominium at 757 Beach Road to 757 Beach Road #500 LLC for $455,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,181 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2002.

Sarasota Beach
Serge and Raphaelle Sondak sold their home at 239 Island Circle to Robert and Maryann Richter, of Woodridge, Ill., for $430,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,619 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $360,000 in 2009.

Siesta Beach
Thomas and Barbara Connors, Punta Gorda, sold their home at 718 Treasure Boat Way to Jerry and Kathy Robinson, Sarasota, for $365,000. Built in 1966, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 1,523 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $90,000 in 1987.
