Tessera condominium sells for $1.2 million

Inge Smith, trustee, Sarasota, sold the Unit 61 condominium at Tessera, 500 S. Palm Ave., to John and Patricia Clark, of St. Joseph, Mich., for $1.2 million. Built in 2000, it has two bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths and 2,830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.335 million in 2003.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions were recorded between Nov. 21 and Nov. 25, a shortened week because of Thanksgiving. Of this week’s 14 transactions, eight were in Sarasota, four were in Palmer Ranch and one each was recorded in Osprey and Nokomis.

SARASOTA
Kanaya
Kanaya Properties LLC sold the Unit 1402 condominium at 505 S. Orange Ave. to Garrett Stone and Michele Bomont, trustees, of Falls Church, Va., for $710,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 2,600 square feet of living area.

One Hundred Central
Marsha Kulick, of Pittsburgh, sold her Unit K-718 condominium at 100 Central Ave. to Robert and Cheryl Pecorella, Sarasota, for $595,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths and 1,707 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $720,000 in 2005.

Renaissance
Charles Dixon, Sarasota, sold his Unit 1617 condominium at 750 N. Tamiami Trail to Rachel Rivlin, Osprey, for $440,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,460 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $505,000
in 2001.

Johnson Estates
Efton Jiles and Wayne Goldbach, of Greenwich, N.Y., sold their home at 1622 Kenilworth St. to April Conetta, Sarasota, for $380,000. Built in 1946, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,864 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $369,900 in 2002.

Pelican Cove
Roger and Betty Surprenant, Sarasota, sold their Unit 109 condominium at 1601 Pelican Point Drive to Truman and Francesca Becker, Sarasota, for $252,500. Built in 1979, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,320 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $220,000 in 2009.

Indian Beach Estates
Wells Fargo, NA, sold the home at 621 Beverly Drive to James Rogers, Sarasota, for $216,000. Built in 1952, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,167 square feet of living area. It sold for $230,000 in 2000.

Washington Park
Jagbir and Amy Grewal, Sarasota, sold their home at 610 Madison Court to Maddison Soah LLC for $210,500. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, four baths and 3,360 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2005.

Forest Oaks
Robert and Deborah Consolo, Sarasota, sold their home at 5370 Matthew Court to Frances Wagner, of Saskatchewan, Canada, for $205,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,407 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2010.

Turtle Rock
Daniel and Rebecca Argenas, Sarasota, sold their home at 5245 Far Oak Circle to Cathryn Hobbis, Sarasota, for $390,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,424 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $53,500 in 1995.

Villa Palmeras
Stanley and Rachel Blumenstein, of Auburndale, Mass., sold their home at 4400 Calle Serena to Linda Tebussek, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for $260,000. Built in 1994, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,443 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $80,000 in 1994.

Villagewalk
Wesley and Karen Clark, of The Woodlands, Texas, sold their home at 7740 Camminare Drive to Stephen and Carla Martin, Sarasota, for $239,000. Built in 2005, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,534 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $258,300 in 2005.

Wellington Chase
SP1 Inc. sold the home at 5032 Sturbridge Court to Lee Davidson, Tallevast, for $205,000. Built in 1998, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,691 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $149,200 in 1998.

OSPREY
Meridian III at the Oaks Preserve
Patricia Sigafoose, of Aberdeen, Md., sold her Unit 304 condominium at 401 N. Point Road to Clifford Rand, Osprey, for $265,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,778 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $450,000 in 2003.

NOKOMIS
Mission Valley Estates
Bradley and Angela Main, Nokomis, sold their home at 1560 Ewing St. to Neal Obendorf, Nokomis, for $360,000. Built in 1976, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,142 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $525,000 in 2004.
