Bayou Sound home sells for $675,000

K&R Ventures LLLP sold the home at 3460 Bayou Sound to Kathleen Pendleton, Longboat Key, for $675,000. Built in 1994, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,844 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,175,000 in 2006.

Of this week’s nine transactions, recorded Nov. 28 to Dec. 2, eight took place on Longboat Key and one was recorded on Bird Key.

Sands Point
Christopher Dubs, of Suffolk, N.Y., sold his Unit 123 condominium at 100 Sands Point Road to Thomas and Elizabeth Dubbs, New York, for $525,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, three baths and 1,941 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $355,000 in 2009.

Tiffany Plaza
Michael and Diane Mullihan, of New Berlin, Wis., sold their Unit 102 condominium at 4325 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Dan and Karen Muehlenbein, Indianapolis, for $520,000. Built in 1975, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,456 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2004.

Harbour Oaks II
Vivian Raven, of Sussex, United Kingdom, sold the home at 2317 Harbour Oaks Drive to Andrew and Joyce Deuble, of N. Canton, Ohio, for $465,000. Built in 1986, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 2,396 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2004.

Seaplace VI
Em Mohammed and Renee Kipp, Lutz, sold their Unit G7-209-C condominium at 1935 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Gary Morrison and Kimberly Skaff for $294,800. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 933 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $150,000 in 1997.

Bay Harbour Apartments
Mann Clan LLC sold the Unit 207 condominium at 450 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Bruce Goldstein, trustee, of Huntingdon Valley, Pa., for $250,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,250 square feet of living area.

Sutton Place
Lauren Wichman, trustee, of Soldiers Grove, Wis., sold the Unit 203 condominium at 605 Sutton Place to Frank and Vivian Demaio, of Oradell, N.J., for $216,500. Built in 1973, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 992 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $460,000 in 2005.

Longboat Beachcomber
Ramona Kent and Lizabeth Hafer, of Golden, Colo., sold their Unit 207 condominium at 2721 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Viorel and Dana Herescu, of Ontario, Canada, for $195,000. Built in 1970, it has one bedroom, one bath and 675 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $420,000 in 2005.

Bird Key
Martha Altamirano and Jorge Crespo sold their home at 600 Owl Way to Peter and Marcia Ramah, of Saginaw, Mich., for $473,900. Built in 1970, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 1,892 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $570,000 in 2004.
