Lakewood Ranch Country Club home tops weekly sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 28 and Dec. 2.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. LWR Country Club West LLC sold the home at 7527 Greystone St. to Daniel and Clare Murphy, of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., for $968,100. Built in 2009, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,850 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Stephen and Jean Hartle sold their home at 7809 Valderrama Way to Jack Hazan, Bradenton, for $642,900. Built in 2008, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths, a pool and 3,293 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $702,700 in 2009.

Branch Banking and Trust Co. sold the home at 13646 Legends Walk Terrace to Adam and Sheila Getzels, Lakewood Ranch, for $560,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,597 square feet of living area.

Edgewater Village
Richard and Mary Marschner, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6638 Windjammer Place to John and Lisa Deutsch, Bradenton, for $579,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,861 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Donald Jenkins II sold his home at 6465 Indigo Bunting Place to Jamie and Tracy Graziano, Bradenton, for $535,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,781 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $530,000 in June.

Steven and Eileen Sprague sold their home at 14916 Bowfin Terrace to Richard and Carrie Lamb, Bradenton, for $515,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,729 square feet of living area.

Joseph and Jan Ruggiero, of Richmond, Texas, sold their home at 6381 Royal Tern Circle to Mark and Tamara Thiel, Bradenton, for $355,000. Built in 2004, it has four bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,701 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $362,400 in 2004.

Christopher and Deana Iacobelli and John Iacobelli sold their home at 6627 Pirate Perch Trail to Nachelle Wilkinson, of Alexandria, Va., for $344,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,641 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $134,600 in June.

Preserve at Panther Ridge
David and Judith Williams, of Sea Isle City, N.J., sold their home at 22353 Panther Loop to Dale Ende and Ann Klasinski, Bradenton, for $435,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,978 square feet of living area.

DLJ Mortgage Capital Inc. sold the home at 14903 21st Ave. E. to Bryan and Lisa Sands, Parrish, for $355,000. Built in 2006, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,509 square feet of living area.
Jerry and Lisle Ogle, Sarasota, sold their home at 911 137th St. E. to Christopher Cesare and Lourdes Manibo, Bradenton, for $270,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,210 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $235,000 in 2000.

Brian Jantzen and Athena Jantzen, Bradenton, sold their home at 3708 Fifth Ave. N.E. to Mustapha Manae and Saleha Hafiz, Bradenton, for $351,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two-and-two-half baths and 2,994 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $631,300 in 2005.

Ginger Wolff-Anderson and Donald Anderson, Sarasota, sold their home at 4531 Swordfish Drive to Rodney Codner and Eleisha Codner, of Newfoundland, Canada, for $348,000. Built in 1996, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,251 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $104,500 in 1999.

Lorraine Miller, Sarasota, sold the home at 532 Sand Crane Court to Rod and Elsie Elliott for $347,700. Built in 2005, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,590 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $472,600 in 2005.

Roy Good, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 7901 Hampton Court to Schildt Family Holdings LLC for $310,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 1,926 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $228,000 in 1999.

Virginia Shotwell, Sarasota, sold her home at 7960 Hampton Court to Karen Trudell, of Ontario, Canada, for $300,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,266 square feet of living area.

Central Park
Central Park Lifestyles LLC sold the home at 4803 Claremont Park Drive to Toby Madison and Jennifer Wirtz, Bradenton, for $299,990. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,476 square feet of living area.

Clyde Thornbug, Palmetto, sold his home at 6705 Medinah Court to The Teixeira Family Trust for $290,000. Built in 1991, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,716 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $454,000 in 2005.

Richard and Roberta Lovelace, Venice, sold their home at 5096 Kilty Court E. to Gary and Alice McGlothin, Bradenton, for $275,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,600 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $200,000 in 1996.
