Oyster Bay Landings home sells for $2.275M

Robert and Pamela Morris, Sarasota, sold their home in Oyster Bay Landings, at 1403 Kenilworth St., to Roberto Bonilla, Sarasota, for $2.275 million. Built in 1974, it has six bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,021 square feet of living area.

This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Nov. 28 and Dec. 2. Of this week’s 25 sales, 10 took place in Sarasota; were three in Palmer Ranch; and 12 were in Osprey.

SARASOTA
Condominium on the Bay
Howard Wisdom, Sarasota, sold his Unit 1417 condominium at 988 Blvd. of the Arts to Leiha Macauley, trustee, Sarasota, for $650,000. Built in 1982, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,315 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $685,000 in 2002.

Harbor Acres
Richard and Sherry Ellis sold their home at 1359 Harbor Drive to Harbor Acres LLC for $525,000. Built in 1947, it has four bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,223 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2001.

1350 Main Residential
Seymoure Baruch, trustee, and Claire Baruch, Sarasota, sold the Unit 703 condominium at 1350 Main St. to James and Shelagh Neeham for $435,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,336 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2007.

Phillippi Gardens
Philip Carey, Sarasota, sold his home at 5580 Ships Channel Circle to Robert and Jodi Caragiulo, Sarasota, for $385,000. Built in 1988, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,372 square feet of living area.

Perparim Kodra and Bukurie Perparim Kodra, Sarasota, sold their home at 1936 Morris St. to Judy Just, Sarasota, for $329,000. Built in 1956, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 2,618 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $415,000 in 2007.

Sarasota Bay Club
Sarasota Bay Club LLC sold the Unit 412 condominium at 1301 Tamiami Trail to Barbara Gochman, Sarasota, for $315,000. Built in 2000, it has one bedroom, one bath and 984 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $279,500 in 2001.

Alinari
Dawn Smith sold the Unit 410 condominium at 800 N. Tamiami Trail to John Waskom, of Whales, United Kingdom, for $295,000. Built in 2007, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,323 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $241,200 in January.

Central Park
Tony and Christine St. John Brown, Sarasota, sold their Unit 308 condominium at 825 Osprey Ave. to Kathleen Maybee, Sarasota, for $220,000. Built in 1985, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $131,000 in 2000.

Jackson Highland
Kyle Kelley, Sarasota, sold his home at 2482 Arapaho St. to Achieva Credit Union for $208,400. Built in 1980, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,256 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $110,000 in 2003.

Peter and Olga Cleaveland, of Dorset, United Kingdom, sold their home at 9515 Forest Hills Circle to Lynn and Elsie Edlis, Sarasota, for $250,000. Built in 1997, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,729 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $186,900 in 1998.

Palmer Square West
Rozana Azeem, Tampa, sold the Unit 26 condominium at 3681 Square West Lane to Jean-Paul and Lucia Goergen, Longboat Key, for $217,500. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,806 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,000 in 2007.

Deborah Johnson, St. Petersburg, sold their home at 1717 Caribbean Drive to Robert Stettler and Jennifer Sine, Sarasota, for $830,000. Built in 1959, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,773 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $312,000 in 1998.

John and Christine O’Brien, Sarasota, sold their home at 1045 Scherer Way to John and Shirley Laureno, of Millstone Township, N.J., for $340,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,238 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,500 in 2004.

Gracia Raabe, trustee, Sarasota, sold the home at 500 Yacht Harbor Drive to Jan and Sandra Holtzman, Osprey, for $380,000. Built in 1985, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 3,078 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $399,000 in 2000.
