This home on Casey Key Road embodies a Mediterranean oasis. Over the last year the home and the grounds were drastically changed by the owners.

Grant’s Gardens helped to redo the entire landscaping and look of the grounds from cutting down trees, taking out bushes and planting new flowers and plants throughout the property.

One of the most unique aspects of the landscaping is not visible above ground. The grounds are kept green and vibrant thanks to a drip irrigation system, which allows the grounds to be constantly watered in an eco-friendly way.

Grant’s Gardens incorporated a variety of native Florida plants as well as multiple colors of petunias, many of them in large pots and urns from Treasure Cove.

The property includes a pool, guesthouse, breezeway, two firepits and lounge areas, an outdoor shower and a beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
