Lakewood Ranch CC home tops weekly real estate sales

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 5 and Dec. 9.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Mahmood and Donna Tajvar, of Omaha, Neb., sold their home at 7128 Ashland Glen to Todd and Christine Martin, Bradenton, for $760,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 4,599 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2,028,600 in 2005.

Country Club East at Lakewood Ranch
Signature Homes LLC sold the home at 15207 Camargo Place to Bayshore Trading Investment Limited for $638,900. Built in 2011, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,931 square feet of living area.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Alexander and Debbie Plotts, Bradenton, sold their home at 7047 Twin Hills Terrace to Dell Bauslaugh and William Schulz, Bradenton, for $623,500. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,798 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $595,000 in 2003.

Dae and Youn Choi, Bradenton, sold their home at 7905 Royal Queensland Way to Doris Fusco, Lakewood Ranch, for $537,900. Built in 1999, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,915 square feet of living area.

Greenbrook Village
Robert Barstow, of Woburn, Mass., Judith Barstow, Bradenton Beach, and William and Phyllis Childers, Sarasota, sold their home at 15014 Sundial Place to Peter and Christine Brown, Lakewood Ranch, for $550,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 4,185 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $600,000 in 2010.

M&M Homes Corp. sold the home at 6224 Burrowing Owl Cove to Antony Reed, Sarasota, for $229,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,363 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $252,900 in 2002.

River Club South
Keith Scholl, trustee, Bradenton, sold the home at 10535 Cheval Place to Robert and Christine Wagner of Zionsville, Ind., for $507,000. Built in 2000, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,979 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $470,000 in 2004.

Thomas Veitenhaus, Bradenton, sold his home at 7519 River Club Blvd. to Keith School, trustee, Bradenton, for $300,000. Built in 2001, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,760 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $515,000 in 2003.

Edgewater Village
David and Jeanine Savello, trustees, sold the home at 6610 Windjammer Place to David and Terzinha Bounds, Lakewood Ranch, for $470,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,915 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $550,000 in 2003.

GreyHawk Landing
D.R. Horton Inc. sold the home at 445 Petrel Trail to Larry and Carrie McQueen, Bradenton, for $415,900. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,072 square feet of living area.

Gary and Suzette McCanless sold their home at 12024 Aster Ave. to Michael and Joyce Macrito, of Arlington Heights, Ill., for $303,800. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,368 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $259,000 in 2008.

Mark Frank and Carolyn Zunica sold their home at 12235 Lavender Loop to Frank and Judy Sherako, Sebastian, for $226,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,312 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $426,300 in 2005.

Riverdale Revised
Russell Reynolds Jr., trustee, and Kimberly Reynolds, Bradenton, sold the home at 4519 Shark Drive to Pamela and August Kafer, Bradenton, for $395,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,069 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2010.

Carlyle at the Villages of Palm-Aire
Robert Ribits, St. Petersburg, sold their home at 5368 Creekside Trail to Joseph Lunning, of Saginaw, Mich., for $315,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,554 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $315,000 in 2004.

Creekwood
Aaron and Cheryl Farley, Sarasota, sold their home at 7501 52nd Terrace E. to Shana Gerrits, Bradenton, for $230,000. Built in 1993, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,696 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $197,500 in 1999.

Braden Woods
Jeremiah and Megan Schroeder, Sarasota, sold their home at 9103 68th Ave. E. to Terrell Cooper and Gladys Molano, Bradenton, for $224,000. Built in 1995, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,277 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $190,500 in 2009.

William and Miriam Sackville sold their home at 6506 Stone River Road to Lucinda Ferguson and Donna Bowdoin, Bradenton, for $210,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,095 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $330,000 in 2005.

Arbor Lakes
Suzanne Delneky sold her home at 6912 Stetson St. Circle to Ignatius and Vita Lococo, Sarasota, for $200,000. Built in 1993, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,308 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $185,000 in 2000.

Victor and Renoo Solero, Palmetto, sold their home at 11917 Woodland Terrace to W. Russell and Debra Andersen, Parrish, for $332,500. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,512 square feet of living area.

George Sprenkle III and Janet Shockey, trustees, Tampa, sold the home at 3205 Wilderness Blvd. E. to Danny Yeager and Marlene Yeager, Parrish, for $243,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,916 square feet of living area.

Twin Rivers
Third Federal Savings and Loan Association of Cleveland sold the home at 2607 155th Ave. E. to Christopher and Esther Berry, Parrish, for $335,000. Built in 2008, it has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,681 square feet of living area.

Kingsfield Lakes
Manfred Sablowski and Jennifer Klein, Bradenton, sold their home at 11314 Durham St. to Jonas and Barbara Weingarten, Parrish, for $215,000. Built in 2004, it has five bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,883 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $309,700 in 2004.
