A home in Sleepy Lagoon Park tops all transactions in this week’s real estate. Sergio and Maria Selva, Venice, sold their home at 725 Norton St. to Robert Boyatt, Clermont, for $430,000. Built in 1990, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,889 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $885,500 in 2005.
This week’s residential real-estate transactions took place between Dec. 5 and Dec. 9.

Longboat Terrace
Dorothy Morrow and Kenneth Morrow, trustees, of Palos Heights, Ill., sold the Unit 108 condominium at 5393 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Elliott Lyon, trustee, of Evanston, Ill., for $410,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,300 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $225,000 in 1991.

Islander Club Longboat
Patricia Clark sold her Unit P-5-S condominium at 2295 Gulf of Mexico Drive to Norbert Berta and Maria Berta, trustees, Sarasota, for $400,000. Built in 1970, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,235 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $299,000 in 1999.
