Re/Max Alliance Group opens Longboat office

Re/Max Alliance Group has opened a Longboat Key office.

Located in Unit 6 at 201 Gulf of Mexico Drive, next to the Chart House Restaurant, the new location is a boutique office focused on the Re/Max Collection, a luxury brand identity.

Broker-associates Andrew Bers and Robbie Petsinger, of the Andrew Bers Team, are among the first agents to join the new office.

Bers specializes in luxury Longboat Key properties and is a recipient of the Addy Award for advertising excellence, Top 10 Website Award from Florida Realtor Magazine and Sarasota Magazine’s Five Star Best in Client Satisfaction Award. He is certified by the National Association of Realtors as a Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource specialist. Petsinger also holds an SFR certification.
