Waterlefe home tops residential transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Dec. 14-16, 2010.

A home in Waterlefe Golf and River Club tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Dzurilla I Ltd. Partnership sold the home at 10212 Discovery Terrace to Richard and Katherine Carpenter, Bradenton, for $585,000. Built in 2004, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,837 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,043,400 in 2004.

EAST COUNTY
Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
ACPA Land Investments LLC sold the home at 12326 Thornhill Court to Robert and Nancy Flaherty, Bradenton, for $524,000. Built in 2007, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,572 square feet of living area.

River Club South
Brian and Deborah Sarisky, Bradenton, sold their home at 10006 Cherry Hills Ave. Circle to Courtland and Talitha Burton, Bradenton, for $477,500. Built in 1999, it has five bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 4,205 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $900,000 in 2006.

Residences at University Groves
Sarasota University Groves LLC sold the home at 8047 36th St. Circle E. to Luu-Phuong and Phuc Nguyen, Sarasota, for $367,300. Built in 2010, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 2,451 square feet of living area.

Pomello Park
Russell and Diane Woike, Englewood, sold their home at 7250 225th St. E. to Christina Riggio, Bradenton, for $340,000. Built in 2003, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,737 square feet of living area.

Palm-Aire at Sarasota
Shirley Darling of Germantown, Tenn., sold her home at 5649 Country Lakes Drive to Ronald and Frances Anderson, Sarasota, for $275,000. Built in 1987, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,261 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $245,000 in 2000.

Mill Creek
Dee and Marcia Campbell of Murphy, N.C., sold their home at 13631 Second Ave. E. to Mildred Ruiz-Allen and Steven Allen, Bradenton, for $262,500. Built in 1991, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,295 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $218,000 in 2002.
