A home on Siesta Key sells for $1.5 million

A home in Siesta’s Bayside Baypoint tops all real-estate transactions from Jan. 3 to Jan. 7. Gissy Holdings II LLC sold the home at 830 Siesta Key Circle to Charles Piano, of Burr Ridge, Ill., for $1.5 million. Built in 2008, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 4,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.15 million in 2009.

TCM SWFL IV LLC sold the home at 317 Beach Road to Bradford and Katie Halley, of Columbus, Ohio, for $1.27 million. Built in 2009, it has three bedrooms, three-and-a-half baths, a pool and 3,361 square feet of living area.

Gulf and Bay Club
Richard Bratton sold his Unit 601 condominium at 5750 Midnight Pass Road to Stearns Bank for $700,000. Built in 1984, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,335 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $345,000 in 1995.

Bank of America NA, trustee, sold the Unit 604 condominium at 5780 Midnight Pass Road to Judith Sauertieg, trustee, for $500,000. Built in 1979, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,361 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1987.

Thomas Wilson, Karen DelRio and Elizabeth Johnson, trustees, sold the Unit 201 condominium at 6154 Midnight Pass Road to Ann Davis, of Sarasota, for $699,000. Built in 1966, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,043 square feet of living area.

Raymond Moore Jr., trustee, sold the Unit 402 condominium at 5920 Midnight Pass Road to William and Kathleen Aman, of Rochester, N.Y., for $574,000. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,352 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $46,500 in 1974.

T. Norman and Carolyn Bush, of Henrico, Va., sold the Unit 302 condominium at 5912 Midnight Pass Road to Campbell Minnich Rentals LLC for $367,500. Built in 1971, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 830 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $265,000 in 2001.

Jeremy and Philippe Schwimmer, of Skaneateles, N.Y., sold their home at 1229 Sea Plume Way to Giles Gilbertson and Marianne Wooley, of Sarasota, for $500,000. Built in 1989, it has three bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 1,779 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $370,000 in 2003.

Thomas and Claudia Gallahue, of Chesterfield, Mo., sold their Unit G-48 condominium at 5966 Midnight Pass Road to William and Barbara Kowalski, of Rolling Meadows, Ill., for $430,000. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corp. sold the home at 3426 Higel Ave. to Michael Rushforth and Cynthia Rushforth, trustees, for $269,900. Built in 1964, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,260 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $231,500 in 1999.

Paradise Cove
Marcony and Sander Oliveira sold their Unit 204 condominium at 6600 Peacock Road to Raymond Nantz Jr. and Susan Nantz, of Darnestown, Md., for $255,000. Built in 1982, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,102 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $158,000 in 2009.
