+ Smedley named manager of Prudential Realty offices
Prudential Realty Cos. announced that broker/associate Mary Smedley has been promoted to manager of Prudential’s Longboat Key and St. Armands Circle offices. Smedley joined the company in 2006 and has more than 15 years of experience in real estate. She is Quality Service Certified (QSC) and a board member of the Sarasota Association of Realtors (SAR).

+ Wagner Realty announces top producers for January
Wagner Realty announced its top producers for the month of January. Listing honors went to Marc Turner, of the Longboat Key office, and Carol Codella, of the Anna Maria office. Sales honors went to Rae Ellen Hayo, of the Anna Maria office.

+ Michael Saunders & Co. opens Boca Grande office
Michael Saunders & Co. announced the opening of a new office in Boca Grande. The location is the third office that the company has added since April.
