A home in Bay Island tops all real-estate transactions from Jan. 18 to Jan. 24. Michael and Christine Hays, of Sarasota, sold their home at 625 Norsota Way to Hesham and Gwendoline Elnaggar, of Sarasota, for $5.9 million. Built in 2009, it has six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, two half-baths, a pool and 6,077 square feet of living area.

Mark Hazeltine, of Arlington Heights, Ill., Hugh Hazeltine, of St. Petersburg, and Anne Hazeltine, of Bloomington, Ill., trustees, and Donald and G. Allene Hazeltine, of Sarasota, sold the Unit 403 condominium at 5440 Eagles Point Circle to Alexander and Janine DeJesus, of Sarasota, for $799,100. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,943 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.2 million in 2004.

Harbor Acres
U.S. Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 1548 Harbor Place to Jake Cosme, of New Bedford, Mass., for $660,000. Built in 2002, it has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half baths, a pool and 4,884 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1.02 million in 2003.

Lake Park
Thomas Vosburg, trustee, sold the home at 1719 Shoreland Drive to Glenn Duffy, of Sarasota, for $225,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths and 2,054 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $67,500 in 1975.

Sarasota Beach
Bob and Pam Kirscher, of Sarasota, sold their home at 303/305 Canal Road to Canal Road Properties LLC for $565,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 1,920 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $320,000 in 2001.

Eric Pfaff, of Rocky River, Ohio, sold the Unit A-212 condominium at 8900 Blind Pass Road to Judith Campbell, of Carmel, Ind., for $420,000. Built in 1969, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 969 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $465,000 in 2010.

Christopher and Linda Driggs, of Sarasota, sold their home at 5233 Winding Way to Robert and Emeralda Stein, of Fort Myers Beach, for $211,000. Built in 1962, it has two bedrooms, one bath and 880 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $445,000 in 2005.
