Signature Sotheby's announces 2010 top associates

Signature Sotheby’s International Realty announced its top agents for 2010.

Cheryl Loeffler, who holds an MBA with a specialization in management information systems from the University of Tulsa, was the top sales associate. Loeffler has been a Sarasota Board of Realtors Mega Super Star for the past 25 years and frequently speaks at financial and real-estate conferences across the country. She holds a Graduate Realtors Institute designation and is a Certified Fine Homes Specialist, Custom Client Specialist and e-Certified agent. Loeffler is a director of Insignia Bank and serves on the board of the Asolo Theatre Co. and the Ringling College of Art and Design.

The Schemmel Property Group, which includes Joel Schemmel, Sharon Chiodi and Toni Schemmel, was the top sales team. Joel Schemmel is an attorney and certified public accountant and currently is ranked in the top 1% of Sarasota agents in closed sales. Chiodi has been a Sarasota resident since 1997 and began her career as a client service representative. Toni Schemmel is the former marketing director for Signature Sotheby’s International Realty and began her career as a financial analyst for Baker & McKenzie, the largest law firm in the United States.
