A home in Preserve at Mission Valley tops all real-estate transactions from Jan. 25 to Jan. 28. Robert and Katherine Noonan, of North Port, sold their home at 753 Vanderbilt Drive to Caryn Davis-Algee, of Nokomis, for $685,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,870 square feet of living area.

Barbara Gallagher, trustee, sold the home at 1216 S. View Drive to Robert Scarbrough and Ellen Baker, of Venice, for $440,000. Built in 1977, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,013 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $155,000 in 1984.

Robert Medley, trustee, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 1055 Peppertree Drive to Keith and Sherri Gordon, of West Chester, Ohio, for $342,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $126,500 in 1989.

KMK International sold the Unit 226D3 condominium at 1081 Peppertree Drive to Rina M. Supplies Inc. for $340,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1984.

Merrill Tanner, trustee, and David Tanner, of Sarasota, sold the home at 5221 Winding Way to Anthony and Cheryl Bonasto, of Sarasota, for $314,000. Built in 1963, it has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,717 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $227,000 in 2000.

Arlene D’Amore and Terrence McManus, of Sarasota, sold their home at 416 Woodland Drive to Cornelius and Julie Murphy, of Wyoming, Ohio, for $295,000. Built in 1968, it has two bedrooms, two-and-a-half baths, a pool and 1,967 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $250,429 in 1999.

Dean and Annette Cochran, of Venice, sold their home at 2199 Calusa Lakes Blvd. to George and Mary O’Donnell, of Nokomis, for $350,000. Built in 1999, it has four bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,743 square feet of living area.
