Robert and Katherine Noonan, of North Port, sold their home at 753 Vanderbilt Drive to Caryn Davis-Algee, of Nokomis, for $685,000. Built in 2007, it has four bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 5,870 square feet of living area.

Peppertree Bay
Robert Medley, trustee, sold the Unit 103 condominium at 1055 Peppertree Drive to Keith and Sherri Gordon, of West Chester, Ohio, for $342,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,105 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $126,500 in 1989.

KMK International sold the Unit 226D3 condominium at 1081 Peppertree Drive to Rina M. Supplies Inc. for $340,000. Built in 1974, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,326 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $125,000 in 1984.
