Lakewood Ranch CC home tops transactions

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 18 and Dec. 2, 2010.

A home in the County Club of Lakewood Ranch tops the transactions in this week’s real estate. Daryl and Nancy Brown, Sarasota, sold their home at 6915 Westchester Circle to Brian and Ailish Murphy, Lakewood Ranch, for $950,000. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, five-and-one-half baths, a pool and 5,775 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1,775,000 in 2005.

Pomello Park
Ronald and Shirley Coleman of Lowden, Tenn., sold their home at 19211 63rd Ave. E. to John and Kathleen Hargiss, Bradenton, for $649,000. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, three-and-one-half baths, a pool and 3,669 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $256,000 in 2008.

Country Club of Lakewood Ranch
Robert Kloss, University Park, sold his home at 7531 Rigby Court to Christopher and Maureen Young, Bradenton, for $580,000. Built in 2003, it has four bedrooms, three baths, a pool and 3,288 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $725,000 in 2008.

Kenneth and Katina Shanahan, Lakewood Ranch, sold their home at 6638 The Masters Ave. to Jeffrey and Natalie Davis, Lakewood Ranch, for $551,000. Built in 2000, it has five bedrooms, five baths, a pool and 3,908 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $535,000 in 2003.

Sergio and Vicki Montoya sold their home at 7192 Whitemarsh Circle to William and Deborah Hansmann, Lakewood Ranch, for $370,000. Built in 2003, it has two bedrooms, two baths and 2,070 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $379,900 in 2007.
