Lakewood Ranch CC home sells for $2.25M

The following residential real estate transactions took place between Nov. 18 and Dec. 7, 2010.

A home in the Country Club of Lakewood Ranch tops this week’s real estate transactions. Richard and Margaret Bechtold, Bradenton, sold the home at 7028 Portmarnock Place to Gregory Shepard, Bradenton, for $2.25 million. Built in 2003, it has five bedrooms, five baths and three half-baths, a pool and 7,072 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $2.4 million in 2010.

GreyHawk Landing
Bradford and Robin St. Pierre, Boynton Beach, sold the home at 436 Petrel Trail to Mitchell Remmich, Bradenton, for $490,000. Built in 2006, it has five bedrooms, four baths, a pool and 3,665 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $716,500 in 2006.

Charles Hill, Sarasota, sold his home at 396 Snapdragon Loop to Vincenza and Gary LaPena, Bradenton, for $241,000. Built in 2005, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,466 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $223,800 in 2009.

St. James Park
Karen Cooper, trustee, of Pound Ridge, N.Y., sold the home at 6617 St. James Crossing to Robert and Bonnie Fischler, University Park, for $410,000. Built in 1994, it has three bedrooms, two baths, a pool and 2,328 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $385,000 in 2004.

Citibank NA, trustee, sold the home at 20504 65th Ave. E. to John and Crissa Gillette, Bradenton, for $362,000. Built in 1997, it has three bedrooms, three baths and 3,488 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $1 million in 2005.

Wells Fargo Bank NA, trustee, sold the home at 4740 Compass Drive to Christopher and Violet Morton, Bradenton, for $349,400. Built in 2000, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,390 square feet of living area.

Jeffery Polivchak sold his home at 4511 Barracuda Drive to Anthony Phillips, Bradenton, for $282,900. Built in 2002, it has three bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a pool and 2,349 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $539,000 in 2005.
